While this Shrub Doctor customer was enjoying a nice fire in their outdoor fireplace, they were not aware that the heat from the chimney would cause such damage to the large shrub behind the patio. The shrub is actually several feet from the chimney, yet the incoming breeze from the lake sent the heat right into the shrub. Shrub Doctor was able to remove the damaged area, and the shrub will soon recover. Watch out with your outdoor kitchens and grills. Make sure that your shrubs and trees are well clear of the area.
